She has served on several quality assurance boards for area home care agencies that emphasize the importance of quality healthcare to all patients regardless of the resources provided to them by their health insurance coverage.

Anthony (Tony) L. Ivey is the Director of Operations for I-CARE, Inc. He moved to the Northern Virginia area in 1988 after Graduating from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Engineering Technology. In 1993,Tony, a Project Manager by trade, took some time off from his Project Management responsibilities in the private sector and assisted the Administrator of I-CARE, with writing the State Regulations that allowed I-CARE to become a licensed Home Health Organization in the State of Virginia.

Mary Jane began her career in Nursing-graduating from Shadyside Hospital School of Nursing in Pittsburg, Pa. and then later received her Bachelor Of Science degree in Nursing from George Mason University in Fairfax, Va. She is also a graduate from the United States Air Force Flight School at Brooks Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.

Ashley joined the I-CARE Team in 2000 at the age of 14 as a clerical assistant. Since that time, she knew she wanted to be in the healthcare field. At a young age; her passion and emphasis has been to make a difference in the life of individuals with life changing/life altering illnesses. The field of Physical Therapy is where Ashley chose to contribute her compassion to those in need.
